Quest Employment is representing a busy and well-established client in Bicester that is looking for Production and Warehouse Operatives to join their growing team.

This is a hands-on role within a food production and warehouse environment. Successful candidates will be reliable, physically fit, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety.

    Maintaining cleanliness and food hygiene standards

    Supporting the wider production team to meet daily targets

    Handling, moving, and storing stock safely

  • \n

    Loading and unloading deliveries

    • \n
  • \n

    Picking and preparing products for dispatch

    • \n
  • \n

    Assisting with stock control and inventory checks

    • \n
  • \n

    Keeping warehouse areas clean, organised, and safe

    • \n
  • \n

    Following health and safety procedures

    • \n
Requirements\n

    Good understanding of English, both written and spoken

    • \n
  • \n

    Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and production processes accurately

    • \n
  • \n

    Comfortable lifting and carrying loads of up to 25kg

    • \n
  • \n

    Strong attention to detail

    • \n
  • \n

    Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude

    • \n
  • \n

    Able to work independently and as part of a team

    • \n
  • \n

    Previous food production or warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential
