\nKey Responsibilities\n
\nPlanned & Reactive Maintenance\n
- \n
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on a wide range of HVAC equipment. \n
- Service, maintain and repair: \n
- \n
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults across HVAC plant. \n
- Complete repairs efficiently whilst maintaining high first-time fix rates. \n
- \n
- Ensure all work complies with current legislation, SFG20 maintenance standards and company procedures. \n
- Complete service reports and maintenance documentation using CAFM systems. \n
- Maintain accurate records of completed works and compliance documentation. \n
- \n
- Identify remedial works during maintenance visits. \n
- Provide clear technical reports and recommendations. \n
- Escalate plant issues where further works are required. \n
- \n
- Maintain company van stock, tools and testing equipment. \n
- Ensure all company equipment is maintained and stored correctly. \n
- Participate in the on-call rota when required. \n
\nEssential Qualifications & Experience\n
- \n
- NVQ Level 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, HVAC or equivalent \n
- F-Gas Category 1 \n
- Full UK Driving Licence \n
- \n
- Proven experience maintaining commercial HVAC systems. \n
- Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills. \n
- Experience carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance. \n
- Good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation. \n
- Experience working to SFG20 planned maintenance schedules. \n
\nDesirable Qualifications & Experience\n
- \n
- ACRIB Gold Skills Card \n
- Electrical qualifications or electrical maintenance knowledge \n
- Asbestos Awareness \n
- Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) experience \n
- Ground Source Heat Pump (GSHP) experience \n
- Experience maintaining larger commercial or critical plant including: \n
- \n
- Five years' experience within a similar commercial HVAC role. \n
