\n An established and busy legal practice is seeking a full-time Conveyancing Paralegal to join its residential property team in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build on their experience in residential conveyancing while working alongside experienced property lawyers.

Key Responsibilities

\n
• Assist with the management of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion
\n
• Carry out property searches and prepare legal documentation
\n
• Liaise professionally with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties
\n
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure effective file management
\n
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to facilitate the smooth progression of matters
\n

About You
\n To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A minimum of two years' experience in residential conveyancing
\n
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
\n
• The ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
\n
• A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to learn and develop professionally
