\nWe have an opportunity for an experienced Corporate Lawyer 8+ PQE to join a highly regarded regional corporate team
\nThe firm has a solid reputation advising a broad range of corporate clients both in the UK and globally from the technology, retail and fashion, construction and more general commercial sectors
\nThe post holder will be expected to handle a broad transactional workload including M&A joint ventures, funding and reorganisations in addition to participating in marketing and business development activities
\n\nTHE CANDIDATE
\nYou will have relevant experience as a corporate fee earner and be looking to make a career move to a new and exciting role offering a significant level of responsibility and an opportunity for career progression
