This Tier 1 private client firm is looking for an experienced probate lawyer to administer high-value estates. Duties will include tax returns, estate accounts (including in STEP format), inheritance tax calculations. dealing with banks, executors and beneficiaries, preparing grant applications and ancillary documentation and bringing the administration of estates to a conclusion by completing estate accounts. Previous experience, ideally in another law firm preferred.
