The role

You'll join a busy and well-established Commercial Property team advising a broad range of clients, including businesses, developers, charities, investors and landowners.

Working alongside experienced lawyers, you'll enjoy a varied caseload while continuing to develop your technical expertise and client relationships. There is a clear pathway for progression, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career.

• Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals

• Commercial landlord and tenant matters
\n
• Development and strategic land transactions
\n
• Property finance and secured lending
\n
• Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases and ancillary documentation

• Advising commercial clients across a variety of sectors
\n
• Managing your own caseload with appropriate support where needed
\n

What they’re looking for

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
\n
• 3+ years' PQE in Commercial Property
\n
• Experience managing your own caseload
\n
• Strong technical and client relationship skills
\n
• A proactive, commercially minded approach
