Location: Field Based, ManchesterSalary: £36,000Contract: Permanent | Full-time
\nA long-established national hazardous materials consultancy is looking to recruit a dual-trained Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to support projects across Manchester and the wider North West.

Delivering Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG264
\n - \n
Completing asbestos-in-the-ground surveys where required
\n - \n
Undertaking air monitoring, reassurance testing, and fibre counting
\n - \n
Carrying out four-stage clearances
\n - \n
Working across commercial, industrial, and public sector sites
\n - \n
Producing accurate, compliant, and defensible reports
\n - \n
Operating in line with HSG248 and HSG264 at all times
\n

BOHS P402, P403 & P404 (or recognised equivalents)
\n - \n
Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and guidance
\n - \n
Confident working independently on site
\n - \n
Professional approach with clients and contractors
\n - \n
Full UK driving licence
\n
