Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

They are on the looking for an experienced and talented Architect to hit the ground running for their team in Sheffield.

Duties for the role of Architect include:

\n
• Manage and deliver various projects from inception through to completion
\n
• Produce detailed project information for all RIBA stages
\n
• Work alongside the design team on day-to-day project information
\n
• Liaise with main contractors and sub-contractor teams
\n
• Attend design team meetings and site visits
\n

Skills and experience for the role of Architect:

\n
• ARB registered
\n
• Strong post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
\n
• Proficiency with Revit
\n
• Experience managing projects within the healthcare or education sector
\n
• Job running experience is desirable
\n
• Excellent drawing and design skills
\n
• Strong attention to detail
\n
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
\n
• Live within a commutable distance to the Sheffield area
\n
