Gardener / Grounds Maintenance Operative £30,000 - £35,000 per annum Permanent Covering Westminster Company Van & Fuel Card Provided Regen Solutions are currently looking for an experienced Gardener / Grounds Maintenance Operative to carry out grounds maintenance across social housing properties and communal area's across Westminster. The role will involve maintaining communal outdoor spaces and ensuring estates are kept clean, safe, and presentable to a high standard. A company van and fuel card will be provided. Main duties include: Grass cutting and lawn maintenance Hedge trimming, pruning and weeding General gardening and grounds maintenance Planting and seasonal upkeep of outdoor areas Keeping communal gardens and external areas clean and tidy Cleaning communal areas Litter picking and waste removal Reporting any maintenance or health and safety issues Gardener / Grounds Maintenance OperativePrevious grounds maintenance or gardening experience within social housing, housing associations or commercial grounds maintenance is desirable.
