Senior Associate Director - Residential Sales

Working within the premium property market, you will play a key role in growing market share, developing client relationships and supporting the wider team to achieve excellent results. If you're someone who combines strong commercial instincts with a proactive, positive approach, we'd love to hear from you. 💫The Opportunity This is a senior fee-earning position where you will be responsible for: Prospecting and developing new business opportunities Conducting market appraisals and securing new instructions Building and maintaining strong client relationships Negotiating offers and providing expert advice throughout the sales process Growing market share within Exeter and the surrounding areas Working closely with senior management to drive business performance Mentoring and supporting less experienced team members Delivering exceptional levels of customer service from instruction through to completion 🫵🏽About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Proven experience within residential estate agency at Senior Negotiator, Valuer, Manager or Associate Director level A strong track record of winning instructions and generating new business Excellent communication and negotiation skills The ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships A commercial mindset with a focus on growth and results Strong organisational skills and attention to detail The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment A full UK driving licenceIf you're an ambitious estate agency professional looking for your next senior move in the Exeter market, we'd love to hear from you.
