Job Title: Part 2 Architectural Assistant Location: Newcastle Salary: £27,500 - £30,000 The Practice Our client is an award-winning, multi-disciplinary architectural practice with a network of design studios across the UK. Known for combining strong design credentials with commercial delivery, the practice works across a broad sector mix including healthcare, industrial and logistics, residential and high-rise, education, and mixed-use, with a project split roughly even between regional and national work. The Opportunity This is a great opportunity for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join a growing studio at an exciting stage, working on live projects across a varied sector base, including current work on healthcare, residential, industrial and logistics, as well as other regional and national schemes. What They're Looking For Part 2 Architectural Assistant, ideally working towards or planning to pursue Part 3 and RIBA Chartered Architect status Strong design sensibility and a portfolio that demonstrates creative thinking as well as technical competence Comfortable working across RIBA Stages, with exposure to detailed design and technical packages No specific healthcare sector experience required, full training and support given Longevity and career progression within the practice is valued highly.
