With a healthy pipeline of secured work and continued growth, they're looking to bring in an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their commercial team. The Role You'll be responsible for the commercial management of multiple civil engineering and groundworks projects from pre-construction through to final account. Projects include: * Groundworks packages * Roads & infrastructure * Bulk earthworks * RC works * Industrial & commercial developments * Residential infrastructure You'll Be Responsible For * Managing project costs and commercial performance * Subcontract procurement and account management * Valuations, applications and final accounts * Cost reporting and forecasting * Managing change, variations and contractual issues * Building strong relationships with clients, site teams and subcontractors * Supporting and mentoring junior commercial staff where appropriate What We're Looking For * Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering or groundworks * Strong knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts * Experience managing projects from start to finish * Commercially astute with excellent negotiation skills * Self-motivated and able to work independently * Full UK Driving Licence What's On Offer? * Highly competitive salary * Company car or car allowance * Annual bonus * Pension * Genuine career progression * Secure pipeline of regional projects * Supportive management team * Long-term permanent opportunity with a growing contractor If you're looking to move away from the corporate environment and join a contractor where your contribution is recognised and rewarded, we'd love to hear from you.
