Workday Integrations Consultant
Job Description
Skills and experience:
\n§ 4 to 8 years of genuine experience on Workday HCM (implementation or AMS).
\n§ Hands-on experience with Workday integrations (Connectors, EIBs, Studio etc)
\n§ Workday HCM core knowledge.
\n§ Good knowledge of XML and XSLT transformations.
\n§ Experience with file formats, FTP, APIs, web services and engines.
\n§ Workday Studio experience.
\n§ Ability to translate requirements and process logic into actionable code and functional requirements.
\n§ Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Visio, Jira etc.
\n§ Certification for Workday integrations or equivalent is desirable.
\n§ Practical and effective problem solving and analytical skills to interpret customer issues & requirements and translate into working solutions.
\n§ Strong communication & customer facing skills.
\n§ Proven capability to communicate (written and verbal) clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences at different levels as appropriate.
\n§ A pro-active approach along with good accuracy, focus and attention to detail.
\n§ Organised, detail-oriented, possessing the ability to effectively prioritise support, projects and deliverables whilst meeting deadlines set by management.
