What You'll Be Doing

\n
• Supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher
\n
• Delivering pre-set work provided by teaching staff
\n
• Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
\n
• Keeping students engaged and on task throughout lessons
\n
• Supporting pupils where appropriate
\n
• Following school safeguarding and behaviour policies
\n
• Providing feedback to teachers on lesson progress and student conduct
\n

What We're Looking For

\n
• Experience working with children or young people in an educational, coaching, mentoring, or support role
\n
• Confident communication and strong interpersonal skills
\n
• The ability to manage groups of students positively and professionally
\n
• A flexible, proactive, and reliable approach
\n
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
\n
