\nAs our Lecturer in Motor Vehicle,you will:

- Deliver engaging, practical and inspiring teaching across Entry Level to Level 3 Motor Vehicle and Motorsport programmes. \n
- Prepare learners for successful careers by developing their technical knowledge, practical competence and professional behaviours. \n
- Plan, assess and monitor learner progress, providing high-quality feedback that enables every student to achieve their potential. \n
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and employers to maintain an industry-relevant curriculum that reflects current automotive technologies and employer needs. \n

What you will bring to the role:
\n- \n
- A Level 3 qualification (or above) in Motor Vehicle, Automotive Engineering or a closely related discipline. \n
- Current or recent industry experience within the automotive, motorsport or vehicle maintenance sector. \n
- A passion for developing people, with the ability to motivate and inspire learners from a wide range of backgrounds and abilities. \n
- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills, together with a commitment to delivering high-quality teaching, learning and student outcomes. \n
