Join a Leading Property Maintenance Team - Temp to Perm

Are you a skilled Multi Trade Operative looking for a varied role where no two days are the same? We are seeking an experienced tradesperson to deliver high-quality repairs, maintenance works, void property refurbishments, and property inspections across a diverse housing portfolio.

The Role

As a Multi Trade Operative, you will undertake a range of maintenance and repair tasks, working across your primary trade while supporting with additional trade skills when required. You'll be responsible for completing work efficiently, safely, and to a high standard, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.

Key duties include:

\n
• Carrying out responsive repairs, planned maintenance, void works and property inspections
\n
• Diagnosing faults and completing repairs across multiple trades
\n
• Managing materials and ensuring stock levels are maintained
\n
• Accurately updating job information using handheld technology
\n
• Ensuring all work complies with health and safety requirements
\n
• Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining professional standards
\n
• Working independently while supporting apprentices and colleagues when required
\n
• Completing jobs right first time and meeting agreed appointments
\n

What We're Looking For

Essential:

\n
• NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds qualification, or equivalent experience in a recognised trade
\n
• Strong experience within property maintenance, repairs, or the construction industry
\n
• Multi-skilled trade experience with the ability to undertake a variety of maintenance tasks
\n
• Good understanding of health and safety legislation
\n
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
\n
• Strong communication and customer service skills
\n
• Ability to work independently and use initiative
\n
• Full UK driving licence
\n

For Electrical Candidates:

\n
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification
\n
• City & Guilds 2391 Testing & Inspection qualification
\n
• Experience carrying out electrical repairs and testing in line with current regulations
\n

Desirable:

• Current CSCS Card
\n
