Cloud Operations Engineer - Production Operation

We are seeking a Cloud Operations Engineer to support the reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of Sage Intacct services, including AI-driven onboarding and data migration workflows introduced through Doyen AI. This role focuses on ensuring production stability, improving system observability, and enabling automation across cloud infrastructure.

Required Skills and Experience

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure)

- Strong background in systems operations, monitoring, and incident management

- Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., Python, Bash)

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code concepts

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in distributed systems

Operate and maintain production cloud environments to ensure high availability and reliability

Respond to incidents and participate in on-call rotations, driving rapid resolution and root cause analysis

Improve observability, monitoring, and alerting across services

Contribute to infrastructure automation and infrastructure as code

Partner with engineering teams to improve deployment processes and system resilience

Support scaling and operationalization of AI-driven workflows (e.g., data migration, onboarding pipelines)
