Position Overview
Protouch Staffing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract assignment in an outpatient/long-term care setting in Spencer, Iowa. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team, and ensure excellent clinical outcomes.
Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient conditions and document assessments accurately.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and ongoing care.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain compliance with facility policies and nursing standards.
Requirements
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Iowa or Compact State.
Current BLS certification.
Previous outpatient, clinic, or long-term care experience preferred.
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
