Job Description

The Logistics & Customer Service (LCS) Domain Lead is responsible for the development, standardization, deployment, governance, and continuous improvement of Logistics & Customer Service (LCS) practices across North American Mopar Parts Distribution Centers (PDCs). The role ensures the effective application of the Stellantis Industrial System (SIS) by establishing standardized logistics processes, improving material flow, warehouse operations, inventory management, transportation efficiency, and customer service performance while supporting operational excellence across the distribution network.

The LCS Domain Lead is responsible for establishing, standardizing, and continuously improving logistics strategies, standards, governance, and best practices across the North American Parts & Services distribution network. This role ensures effective deployment of the Logistics & Customer Service (LCS) domain through standardized methodologies, performance management, benchmarking, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration while aligning with Stellantis Industrial System (SIS) principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, standardize, deploy, and continuously improve Logistics & Customer Service (LCS) standards and methodologies across North American Parts Distribution Centers.
  • \n
  • Develop and standardize logistics processes supporting warehouse operations, material flow, transportation, inventory management, warehouse storage, and customer service.
  • \n
  • Develop and standardize warehouse engineering principles, logistics process standards, slotting methodologies, storage techniques, and warehouse space utilization practices.
  • \n
  • Develop and standardize logistics visual management systems, including warehouse identification, location management, material flow signage, wayfinding, and visual workplace standards.
  • \n
  • Monitor Logistics KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives using PDCA, benchmarking, Read-Across, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
  • \n
  • Develop and utilize advanced data analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools to identify logistics losses, monitor KPI performance, validate improvements, and support data-driven decision making.
  • \n
  • Lead benchmarking activities and support deployment of innovative logistics solutions, warehouse automation technologies, and low-cost automation initiatives.
  • \n
  • Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Transportation, Inventory Planning, Packaging, Engineering, Safety, Workplace Organization, Quality, People Development, and Continuous Improvement teams to ensure standardized implementation of Logistics processes.
  • \n
  • Support Parts Distribution Center launches, warehouse redesigns, automation initiatives, and network optimization projects by providing Logistics subject matter expertise.
  • \n
  • Support SIS assessments and audits, identify performance gaps, develop corrective action plans, and verify sustainable implementation of Logistics standards.
  • \n
  • Develop Logistics capability through technical coaching, classroom training, workshops, and on-site support for PDC leadership, engineers, supervisors, and logistics teams.
  • \n
  • Represent the Logistics & Customer Service (LCS) Domain in cross-functional SIS governance activities and support integration with other SIS domains.
