Position Overview
\n We are seeking a skilled and compassionate CRNA to join our high-performing anesthesia team. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive anesthesia care across a diverse range of surgical and procedural settings. You will practice at the top of your license in a collaborative, patient-centered environment that values clinical excellence, autonomy, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

    Provide anesthesia for surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures.

  • \n

    Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia assessments and post-anesthesia care.

    • \n
  • \n

    Monitor patients throughout procedures to ensure safety and optimal outcomes.

    • \n
  • \n

    Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and interdisciplinary teams.

    • \n
  • \n

    Document all aspects of anesthesia care accurately and efficiently.

    • \n
  • \n

    Engage in ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

    \n
  • \n

    Master's or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program.

    • \n
  • \n

    Current NBCRNA certification.

    • \n
  • \n

    Active, unrestricted RN license (APRN eligibility preferred).

    • \n
  • \n

    Strong clinical judgment and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

    • \n
  • \n

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • \n
  • \n

    Commitment to delivering exceptional, Veteran-centered care.
