Embark on a meaningful contract opportunity supporting students near Middletown, DE as a dedicated Occupational Therapist. This full-time, onsite role will have you collaborating with an elementary school and Early Learning Center from August 24, 2026, through June 16, 2027. As a valued resource in the school community, your expertise will directly foster students' growth and development in both classroom and individualized settings.

Your role begins by providing coverage for a maternity leave: five days each week will be split between an elementary campus and the Early Learning Center. Following the leave, your schedule will shift exclusively to the Early Learning Center for the remainder of the academic year. This hands-on, in-person position requires a strong clinical background and a passion for working with young learners.

Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license
• Prior experience in school-based settings preferred
• Skilled in administering evaluations and delivering direct OT services
• Comfortable supporting elementary and early childhood populations
• Ability to adapt to varying caseloads and environments
• Commitment to fully onsite (in-person) work

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students
• Develop and implement tailored intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports in compliance with district guidelines
