ProCare Therapy is seeking a passionate School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time contract opportunity in Greenwood, Indiana. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations, assessments, and screenings for preschool or elementary-aged students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication needs.
  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services in individual and small-group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families to support student progress.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal development.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and therapy records.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment strategies as appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • Active Indiana Speech-Language Pathologist license required.
  • Appropriate Indiana school credentials required, if applicable.
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Licensing assistance available for qualified candidates.

Experience:

  • Previous experience working with preschool or elementary-aged students preferred.
  • School-based or pediatric experience is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with IEP development, evaluations, and multidisciplinary collaboration preferred.
