Responsibilities
  • Assessing patients' medical histories.
  • Diagnosing conditions through observation and patient feedback.
  • Creating personalized treatment plans with defined goals and expected outcomes.
  • Utilizing exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to alleviate pain, enhance mobility, and prevent future injuries.
  • Documenting patient progress and adjusting care plans as necessary.
Qualifications
  • Must be a licensed Physical Therapist or have the ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice.
  • A strong commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary ranges from $85,000 to $105,000, inclusive of productivity incentives. Our benefits package includes generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan with a 4% employer match.
