QualificationsRequirements for Physical Therapist Assistants:
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of practice.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- A desire to grow clinically and contribute to a high-performing team environment.
Salary: $26 - $30 per hour, inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability coverage, paid continuing education, and a 401(K) plan with a 4% employer match.
