Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active, unencumbered Occupational Therapist licensure in Washington State (or eligibility)
• Previous experience in school settings preferred
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Willingness to collaborate with educators and parents to develop IEPs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, plan, and implement therapy for students (PreK-12) with a variety of needs
• Create and deliver customized interventions to promote student participation and independence in the classroom
• Document progress, attend team meetings, and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
• Provide resources and education to staff and families
