Join Our Family Medicine Team

Our organization is currently in search of a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to become a part of our outstanding care team in Forest City, Iowa. This role provides an immediate patient volume, eliminating the need to establish a patient base. You will step into a well-established practice and start making a difference from your very first day.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in a busy practice with immediate patient volume.
• Collaborate with a team of 4 Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners (ARNPs).
• Provide traditional outpatient family medicine services, with the option to include obstetrics.
• Maintain an excellent work-life balance that supports quality family time.
• Participate in minimal on-call duties, with a ratio of 1:6, handled by phone only.
• Explore teaching opportunities within the community.
• Access specialist outreach services, including Orthopedics and Podiatry.
• Utilize on-site facilities such as lab, X-Ray, EKG, behavioral services, and family counseling.
• Work alongside tenured Registered Nurses and experienced office staff.

Forest City is located just 30 miles from MercyOne North Iowa in Mason City.

Compensation and Benefits

• Total Recruitment Package: $320,000
• Income Guarantee: $301,290 per year for 2 years
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000
• PTO: 34 days when on base; 40 days when on production
• Annual CME Allowance: $4,000
