Respiratory Therapist (Adult) - Graduating Students

In collaboration with the Medical Director of Cardiopulmonary Services and the Department Director, the Respiratory Therapist is responsible for delivering direct patient care across various aspects of respiratory treatment, adhering to physician directives and established protocols while considering the patient's age. This role involves providing respiratory support and life-saving interventions for individuals experiencing issues within the cardiopulmonary system. Key clinical responsibilities include:

• Establishing and overseeing mechanical ventilation.
• Providing emergency respiratory care.
• Supporting cardiopulmonary resuscitation efforts and performing intubations.
• Monitoring patients' physiological responses to treatments.
• Educating patients and their families regarding their health conditions.
• Instructing on effective disease management strategies.

We offer a sign-on bonus of:

• $20,000 for Respiratory Therapists with less than one year of experience.
• $30,000 for Respiratory Therapists with over one year of experience.
