Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily inventory audits to verify shipment accuracy, labeling, and storage conditions.

  • Monitor warehouse activities, promptly identifying and resolving discrepancies such as missing items or barcode errors.

  • Support cycle counting initiatives and investigate inventory discrepancies to ensure accuracy.

  • Operate RF equipment accurately and efficiently to facilitate precise inventory tracking.

  • Collaborate with team members to support order processing, resolve operational issues, and enhance warehouse workflows.

  • Assist with customer service tasks and contribute to special projects aimed at improving warehouse performance.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse or inventory management.

  • Valid driver’s license.

  • Basic computer skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and experience with RF scanning and warehouse management systems.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks in a dynamic environment.

  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to accuracy.

  • Forklift certification is preferred or willingness to obtain certification if needed.

  • Flexibility to work all shifts, including mandatory overtime when required.

Pay Details: $16.50 to $19.50 per hour
