Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily inventory audits to verify shipment accuracy, labeling, and storage conditions.
Monitor warehouse activities, promptly identifying and resolving discrepancies such as missing items or barcode errors.
Support cycle counting initiatives and investigate inventory discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
Operate RF equipment accurately and efficiently to facilitate precise inventory tracking.
Collaborate with team members to support order processing, resolve operational issues, and enhance warehouse workflows.
Assist with customer service tasks and contribute to special projects aimed at improving warehouse performance.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
Valid driver’s license.
Basic computer skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and experience with RF scanning and warehouse management systems.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks in a dynamic environment.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to accuracy.
Forklift certification is preferred or willingness to obtain certification if needed.
Flexibility to work all shifts, including mandatory overtime when required.

Pay Details: $16.50 to $19.50 per hour
