Location: Hyannis, MA – Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC)

Dates Coverage needed: As soon as onboarding completed – 1 year. Anticipated started date early/mid Oct(with 6 month option to extend)

Schedule/Shifts: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
\n
Call Requirements: None
\n
Patient Volume: 12-16 PPD avg
\n
Patient Ages: Adults only
\n
Types of Cases: Comprehensive outpatient Primary Care
\n
Support Staff: Physicians, APP, Nursing and Admin support
\n
Procedures Required
\n
\n - Routine outpatient primary care evaluation and management
\n - Minor office procedures within Primary Care scope
\n
\n
Charting Type: EMR - CPRS
\n
Requirements: Any State License, BC/BE FP or IM, BLS, ACLS, DEA
