School Occupational Therapist - Fremont, California

The position spans 37.5 hours per week, starting August 10, 2026, through June 4, 2027. Immerse yourself in a collaborative setting where you’ll use the Siras and AbleSpace IEP systems to design, implement, and track student progress.

What we’re seeking:

• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Recent experience providing OT services in a school-based setting
• Familiarity with K–12 student populations and diverse learning needs
• Knowledge of Siras and/or AbleSpace IEP management systems a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage a caseload of 35–40 students across multiple sites

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify students’ needs
• Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals
• Collaborating closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student participation and progress
• Providing direct therapy services, consultation, and training for school personnel
• Documenting services and student progress using district IEP systems
• Traveling between 2–3 campuses each week
