School Psychologist in Lititz, PA

As the dedicated School Psychologist, you will collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student success. Your expertise in conducting evaluations and assessments will help shape the educational plans that support each child’s individual needs. Occasionally, you’ll also provide valuable counseling, offering guidance and encouragement as students navigate their developmental journey.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Certification or licensure as a School Psychologist (state requirements must be met)
• Previous experience working in an elementary school setting is a plus
• Expertise in conducting psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with children, educators, and parents
• Familiarity with Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) preferred
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine passion for helping children thrive
• Ability to balance multiple responsibilities and adapt to a dynamic school environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive cognitive, behavioral, and social-emotional assessments
• Collaborate with faculty and families to develop and implement effective student support strategies

• Provide occasional counseling and crisis intervention when needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with school policies
