We are excited to announce that New England Neurological Associates (NENA) has partnered with Lowell General Hospital and our organization, and we are looking for an Epileptologist to become part of our team.

Role OverviewIn this position, candidates will deliver community-focused healthcare while also having the chance to explore personal interests in conjunction with the broader academic and research community at our organization.
Integrated Healthcare- NENA consists of a cooperative team of 28 Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians, integrated within our health system, which includes over 700 affiliated doctors and a clinical partnership with a prominent medical center.
- We provide care to more than 70,000 patients across the Merrimack Valley, and through our alliance, we aim to enhance healthcare access, including plans for a neuro-immunology program and the establishment of a Memory Care Center.
As an Epileptologist, you will cater to the culturally diverse populations in the Greater Lowell and Southern New Hampshire regions. You will offer general neurology care to patients in the Nashua, NH, and Merrimack Valley areas, and we welcome subspecialty interests in Epileptology and memory care.

Team CollaborationWorking alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will provide continuous care for patients within a single practice. You will receive support from Nurse Practitioners, with flexible scheduling that allows for documentation time during your workday. NENA aims to be the preferred choice for patients, a desirable workplace for doctors, and an excellent environment for employees.
Work ScheduleThis is a full-time position, typically from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Call responsibilities are shared among the NENA team, generally at a ratio of 1:5 for Lowell General Hospital.
Qualifications- Must hold a Physician (MD or DO) degree or its foreign equivalent.
- Board certification in Rheumatology is required to be fully licensed and credentialed as an attending physician at Lowell General Hospital.
