A Facility in California Is Seeking a Locums Neurosurgeon

Job Overview

This role involves both inpatient and outpatient coverage, guaranteeing 8 hours of work each day.

Schedule

• Weekdays: 8:30 AM - 5 PM clinic hours with on-call duties; night call from 5 PM to 8:30 AM
• Weekend: 24-hour call coverage is mandatory

Patient Load

• 5 patients per shift

Specialization Requirements

• Adult neurosurgery experience is required; pediatric and neonatal care is not necessary
• Experience in spinal surgery with and without instrumentation, including cervical, thoracic, and lumbar procedures
• General neurosurgery, trauma care, and ICP monitor placement are essential
• FLURO certification is required; a temporary FLURO certification is acceptable

Compensation and Benefits

We negotiate competitive pay rates, which are deposited weekly. The hourly wage ranges from $320.00 to $400.00. These figures are estimates and may vary based on factors such as the urgency of the position, your experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
