Our organization is on the lookout for a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to become part of our friendly and expanding team at the Bluebell Road Health Plaza. This is a remarkable outpatient-only role within a contemporary, multi-specialty clinic recognized for its commitment to delivering exceptional and innovative healthcare.

• Become a member of a supportive team comprising 5 physicians and 2 APPs
• Outpatient-only, comprehensive Family Medicine practice
• Call schedule: 1:8, phone consultations only with nurse triage; no hospital responsibilities
• Flexible work hours to promote work-life balance
• Single clinic location; Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
• Opportunities to engage in quality improvement and clinic leadership
• Recently updated, state-of-the-art facility
• Onsite urgent care, laboratory, and imaging services
• Involvement in telehealth and digital health innovation projects

• Two-year income guarantee: $290,191 annually, plus performance incentives and longevity bonuses
