Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and gather data focusing on physiological, psychosocial, and cognitive aspects.
• Implement care plans while adhering to established protocols and policies.
• Identify patient educational needs and assess their readiness to learn.
• Accurately document patient information in electronic medical records.
• Effectively delegate and supervise patient care activities.
• Engage in continuous learning to maintain professional growth.
• Ensure adherence to safety and organizational policies.
• Serve as Charge Nurse when necessary, managing patient assignments and coordinating staff coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant setting.
• Current RN Licensure in Washington State.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification at the Healthcare Provider level within 30 days of hire.
• NRP, ACLS, and AWHONN’s Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certifications required within specified timeframes.
