Production Worker - Food Manufacturing - No Experience Needed

Location: Mt. Juliet, TN
Pay: $16/hr
Shift: Multiple shifts available

A snack food company in Mt. Juliet is hiring Production Workers to help make and package granola bars and better-for-you snacks.

No food production experience is required. Training is provided, and this can be a good fit if you want hands-on work in food manufacturing, multiple schedule options, and the potential to be hired on.

Shift differentials are available.

Schedules include:
• Sunday–Wednesday: 7:00 AM–7:30 PM
• Sunday–Wednesday: 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
• Wednesday–Saturday: 7:00 AM–7:30 PM
• Wednesday–Saturday: 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
• Monday–Friday, 1st Shift: 7:00 AM–3:15 PM
• Monday–Friday, 2nd Shift: 3:15 PM–11:15 PM
• Monday–Friday, 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM–7:15 AM

Note: Flexibility and reliability are important. You may be asked to help where needed based on production needs.

Production Worker duties include:
• Operate and monitor production and packaging equipment
• Check products for quality and consistency
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Follow safety, food handling, and GMP standards
• Help the team meet daily production goals

Production Worker Requirements:
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs
• Comfortable working in a food production environment
• Able to follow safety, food handling, and work instructions
• Flexible to work different shifts or extended hours when needed
