Location: Wyoming, MN

Duration: 6+ Months Contract (Potential Extension)

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 1st Shift | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

Pay: $24-$25/hour

BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Mechanic for an opportunity with our client, in Wyoming, MN.

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced mechanics to support refurbishment, repair, inspection, and inventory processing of off-road vehicles including ATVs, UTVs, and snowmobiles. Candidates with automotive, diesel, motorcycle, powersports, fleet, or heavy equipment mechanic experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues

• Replace engines, drivetrains, electrical components, frames, and suspension systems

• Perform inspections and quality checks

• Prepare vehicles for resale

• Process vehicles for scrap and component removal

• Maintain inventory records using computers and tablets

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment when required

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on mechanic or technician experience

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience

• Basic computer skills

• Microsoft Excel knowledge

• Valid Driver's License

• Ability to lift heavy components and work in a shop environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Powersports, ATV, UTV, or Snowmobile experience

• Automotive dealership experience

• Diesel or Heavy Equipment experience

• Forklift or Skid Loader experience

• Welding or fabrication experience

• Technical school education is a plus
