Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Current state OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Previous experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
  • Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
  • Passion for supporting students from diverse backgrounds and ability levels

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students to identify fine motor, sensory, and daily living challenges impacting educational participation
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals
  • Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students one day each week
  • Provide classroom strategies and resources to teachers and staff
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with school and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings, share progress, and contribute to team planning
