Our organization is seeking dedicated and patient-centered physicians trained in Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM) to become part of our innovative primary care team. We have openings across our multi-county service area in northcentral Pennsylvania, featuring well-equipped facilities with on-site support services and a team of experienced professionals.

• Base salary of $250,000, complemented by attractive productivity incentives.

• Commencement bonus of $150,000, along with a $100,000 retention bonus spread over five years, totaling $250,000.

• Our network includes over a dozen locations across multiple counties, functioning as "medical homes" that focus on population health management for our community.

• Site-specific medical directors ensure that physicians have a voice and collaborative partnership in decision-making.

• Nurse coordinators assist with pre- and post-visit care, working closely with physicians to support patients with higher needs.

• Our Physician/Advanced Practice Provider (APP) partnership model helps manage patient panels while promoting a healthy work/life balance.

• A centralized prescription refill team, a structured controlled substance program, and a 24/7 nurse call center are in place to reduce administrative burdens on physicians.
