Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and treatments in line with policies and individualized physical therapy care plans.
- Ensure all documentation and records are completed accurately and promptly.
- Adhere to established policies and procedures relevant to the scope of practice.
- Identify and respond to patient care priorities with initiative and sound judgment.
- Successfully complete all required orientations, in-services, and training in a timely manner.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Possess a valid professional license in the state of practice.
- Graduate from a CAPTE accredited program. If trained abroad, the program must be recognized as substantially equivalent to U.S. entry-level education for Physical Therapists by a credential evaluation organization approved by the APTA.
