Key Responsibilities

• Work up to 40 hours weekly, Monday through Friday.
• Clinic hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM; Operating Room days: 7 AM - 4 PM.
• Manage approximately 10 patients daily, totaling around 200 patients monthly.
• Perform about 5 to 7 surgeries each week.
• Work in an outpatient clinic (40%), inpatient settings (5%), and procedural tasks (55%).
• Conduct surgeries including robotic procedures, kidney stone removal, BPH treatment, GU cancer operations, and female urology.
• Participate in a call rotation; specific schedule to be determined.
• Engagement may extend beyond the initial year for long-term opportunities.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay ranges from $220.00 to $275.00.
• Compensation estimates may vary based on factors such as the urgency of the position, your experience, and qualifications. Rates are all-inclusive, covering base pay along with potential earnings from overtime, call, and holiday work.
