Provider Details:

• Job Type: Locum Tenens

• Qualifications: MD

• Board Certification: BC or BE in Gynecologic Oncology

Shift Information:

• Projected Start Date: July

• Schedule: Clinic hours from 8 AM to 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch); OR from 7 or 8 AM to 4 or 5 PM (8-hour day); 24-hour out-of-house call on weekends

• Monthly Shift Requirement: 1 week per month, with some exceptions

• Support Staff: 2 Medical Assistants and 3 Advanced Practice Providers

• Required Certifications: To Be Determined

• Patient Load: Office visits averaging 15-20 patients; OR as needed

Licensing & Privileging:

• License: IMLC accepted; PA license preferred

• Privileging Timeline: Temporary privileges available with a clean file
