Hematology Oncology - Medical Oncologist (MNH)
Job Description
The Hematology/Oncology Division at our organization is on the lookout for a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Medical Oncologist to join the MacNeal Community Cancer Center. This role is pivotal in establishing a comprehensive general hematology and medical oncology program in Berwyn and its neighboring areas.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and enhance a strong hematology and oncology program.
- Provide effective leadership and expand both clinical and research initiatives.
- Assist in attracting top-tier professionals to the practice.
- Promote excellence in patient care and service delivery.
- Deliver inpatient and outpatient care at MacNeal Hospital and Cancer Center.
- Engage in multidisciplinary translational clinical care research and oversee a diverse array of clinical treatment protocols.
- Instruct fellows, residents, and medical students as needed.
- Report directly to the Director of the Hematology/Oncology Division and collaborate on the development of the regional community cancer practice.
- Board certification or eligibility in Medical Oncology.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.

This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, which includes:
- Starting salary ranging from $159,000 to $985,945, based on academic rank and experience.
