BSDO Program Performance Lead
\n(BSDO = Buzz, Squeak & Rattle, Sealing & Corrosion, Durability and Off-road)
\nJoin the Stellantis BSDO team and contribute to the development of high-quality, durable vehicles that meet customer expectations throughout their lifecycle. Our team works across all phases of vehicle development to identify risks, improve product robustness, and drive continuous improvement.
\nWe seek candidates who take ownership, deliver results, and work effectively in a collaborative environment. Strong engineering judgement, communication skills, relationship building, and the ability to influence decisions are essential for success in this role.
\nThe Program Performance Lead (PPL) will manage a team of engineers to deliver key program attributes for BSDO for the programs for which he/she is assigned. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Set and own all BSDO targets \n
- Work transversally across Vehicle Engineering to plan, coordinate and execute validation and development activities. \n
- Define resource needs – including headcount and physical assets (vehicles, parts, etc.) – for the project team to include in the program budget \n
- Integrate all work performed by the BSDO team \n
- Support Advanced Program development by identifying and defining risks and critical design areas based on lessons learned and quality metrics. \n
- Manage milestone deliverables for each of the BSDO attribute areas\n

\n - Own the BSDO scorecard \n
- Point contact for BSDO with VSM, Advanced, Platform, and Tophat Teams \n
- Represent organization at governance updates \n
- Work with CPG, ARDC, CTC RTS and DAQ labs for development and execution of BSDO validation plans \n
- Ensure validation of customer functional objectives related to BSDO/QIU \n
- Ensure the voice of the customer is met through competitive vehicle benchmarking and quality reviews. \n
- Summarize lessons learned before the end of the project and support the core team in updating performance standards and processes. \n
