Porter/General Labor - Weekly Pay!

BG Staffing is looking for a dependable Porter to help keep an apartment community clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in maintaining a beautiful property.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, breezeways, and amenities
• Pick up trash and debris throughout the property
• Assist with unit trash-outs and make-ready preparation
• Help maintain grounds, parking lots, and curb appeal
• Report maintenance and safety concerns to management
• Support the maintenance team with property upkeep as needed

Requirements:

• Previous apartment porter or groundskeeper experience preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
