Overview:
Pay: $65,000–$85,000/year
The Electro-Mechanical Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing automated manufacturing equipment to keep production running efficiently. This position requires a strong understanding of both electrical and mechanical systems.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair industrial machinery
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
- Troubleshoot electrical controls, motors, conveyors, sensors, and PLC-controlled equipment
- Install and test new equipment
- Document repairs and maintenance activities
- Support production by responding quickly to equipment issues
- Follow all safety and food manufacturing regulations
Skills and Experience:
Qualifications:
- Experience in industrial maintenance
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- PLC troubleshooting experience preferred
- Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics
