As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, the Registered Nurse (RN) will provide high-quality nursing care to patients through direct interaction. You will ensure that patients achieve or maintain their highest possible physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs continuously and adjusting care plans as necessary based on changes in their condition. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) on a daily basis.
Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements- Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the applicable state, with an active license in good standing throughout your employment.
- Preferred: One (1) year of experience in skilled nursing
- CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; certification must remain current throughout employment.
- Implement and interpret departmental programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients
- Utilize reasoning skills and sound judgment
- Communicate effectively and work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
