Location: Fort Worth, TX 76179
Schedule: Monday Friday | 6:00 AM 4:30 PM
Saturday: 6:00 AM 2:00 PM
Pay: $17.12/hour

We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Labor Production Associates to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for preparing products for production by operating equipment and ensuring surfaces meet quality standards. Candidates with construction experience are strongly preferred, as the role requires working with hand tools, physical labor, and maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Operate hand tools and production equipment to prepare interior and exterior product surfaces.

  • Use grinders, grit blast equipment, and other machinery to remove scale, corrosion, paint, and surface imperfections.

  • Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards before moving to the next stage of production.

  • Follow work instructions, production schedules, and all safety procedures.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

  • Assist with general production duties and work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

  • Construction experience required and strongly preferred.

  • Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus.

  • Ability to safely operate hand tools and production equipment.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

  • Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and a team-oriented attitude.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

  • Frequent bending, lifting, reaching, and repetitive movements.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment while wearing required PPE.
