Job Description
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join a growing outpatient rehabilitation team. This role is responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based physical therapy services to restore function, reduce pain, improve mobility, and prevent long-term disability.

Key ResponsibilitiesReview physician referrals, prescriptions, and medical records to determine appropriate treatment plans.
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including assessments of strength, range of motion, motor function, balance, mobility, sensory perception, cardiovascular status, and functional capacity.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and clinical goals.
Administer physical therapy interventions and provide home exercise programs within the scope of practice.
Monitor patient progress, modify treatment plans as needed, and ensure optimal clinical outcomes.
Accurately document evaluations, treatments, patient responses, and progress in the electronic medical record.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
Supervise and delegate responsibilities to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Physical Therapy Technicians in accordance with state practice regulations.
Mentor and supervise physical therapy students during clinical rotations, when applicable.
Participate in departmental meetings, continuing education, and quality improvement initiatives.
Support clinic operations and participate in community outreach or marketing events as needed.
Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice (or eligible for licensure).
New graduates are welcome to apply; prior outpatient experience is a plus.
Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and patient education skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and Microsoft Office applications.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Clinic operating hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Schedule will be assigned within clinic hours.
No weekends or on-call responsibilities.

Patient population ranges from approximately 10 to 90 years old, with the majority between 30 and 70 years of age.
