They are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Assistant to support their team for a 10+ week temporary assignment, with the potential for the assignment to be extended based on business needs.\n

\n Job Duties:\n
\n
    \n
  • Process customer and production orders accurately in the ERP system
    • \n
  • Coordinate materials to support production schedules
    • \n
  • Track incoming and outgoing shipments and communicate updates
    • \n
  • Maintain accurate supply chain records and data entry
    • \n
  • Communicate with procurement, planning, production, and logistics teams
    • \n
  • Assist with general administrative support for supply chain operations
    • \n
\n

\n

  • Monday-Thursday: 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
    • \n
  • Friday: 7:00 AM-11:00 AM
    • \n
\n
\n \n
\n
\n Experience or Skill Requirements:\n
\n
    \n
  • 2+ years of data entry experience
    • \n
  • Previous experience using an ERP system
    • \n
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • \n
  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
    • \n
  • Manufacturing or supply chain experience is a plus
    • \n
\n
